Half-day Retreat to Nourish, Replenish and Balance Energy with Gill Mines

Yoga Therapist Gill Mines invites you to join her on a half-day retreat, combining ancient and modern yogic practices for nourishing and replenishing energy (prana).

We'll explore:

  • Nourishing asana (postures) and movement 

  • Replenishing breathing tools (for vitality and nervous system regulation)

  • Energetic practices for energy flow (marmas, mudras, and nadis)

  • Restorative meditative practices for relaxation. 

  • And importantly, time for tea, treats (healthy-ish) and chat :)

For those interested, the practices will be based on the philosophy of the Prana Vayus, the 5 winds of energy which animate the subtle body (energy body).
