Yoga Therapist Gill Mines invites you to join her on a half-day retreat, combining ancient and modern yogic practices for nourishing and replenishing energy (prana).
We'll explore:
Nourishing asana (postures) and movement
Replenishing breathing tools (for vitality and nervous system regulation)
Energetic practices for energy flow (marmas, mudras, and nadis)
Restorative meditative practices for relaxation.
And importantly, time for tea, treats (healthy-ish) and chat :)
For those interested, the practices will be based on the philosophy of the Prana Vayus, the 5 winds of energy which animate the subtle body (energy body).
