An embodied exploration of the Winter as a time for slowing down, resting, and dreaming. The session will include gentle yoga asana, yoga nidra (guided meditation), some readings and prompts for reflection, then deep rest in a meditative soundscape created by gongs, singing bowls and chimes.
In the dark days of December we are very good at bringing light and festivities into our lives, but sometimes it can feel hectic and draining. In this seasonally inspired workshop, we will explore practices that can ground us and keep us tuned into ourselves and the natural world during this month full of socialising, feasting and keeping our inner fires burning.
