Dharma Yoga Masterclass with Ayesha Ali

Take your practice to the next level with this extended class based on the teachings of beloved yoga master Sri Dharma Mittra.

Dharma yoga is known for its challenging yet playful approach to practice and combines physical practice (asana) with more subtle practices such as mantra (sound), pranayama (breathing techniques) and meditation. Ayesha also introduces key concepts from yoga philosophy to support you in deepening your understanding of the yogic path.

We will begin with a spiritual discourse and mantra before moving though a balanced physical practice (asana) including standing and seated postures, back bends and inversions. You do not need able to achieve all of the postures, just come with a willingness to try new things and to be inspired. Students are encouraged to explore with an open mind and a big heart!

We will end the class with a guided relaxation and time for seated practice.

Cost: £25 Book Here
