Half-day Therapeutic Yoga Retreat to nourish all layers of our being with Gill Mines

Therapeutic yoga combines mindful movement, breath work, mindfulness, energy revitalising, meditation and other yogic tools to nourish all layers of our being (body-breath-mind-energy-spirit).

You are under no obligation to participate in absolutely everything, this is your time, so join in when you want to, leave out what you don't, and give yourself permission to rest, relax and just be.

This retreat is open to beginners and more experienced students alike. Please note we will be practising on the mat, including the floor for a lot of the session: supine, prone, seated, table-top and some standing sequences as well – along with plenty of options and modifications. We'll have breaks for tea / coffee and snacks, some homemade treats will be available on the day - but you’re welcome to bring your own too.

Props: we will use in-studio props throughout the day – although blankets are available, you may wish to bring your own blanket for the yoga nidra meditation.
