Introduction to Meditation with Rachel Lebus

I have been teaching a mantra-based meditation practice for 30 years to individuals and organisations in Oxford and London. This January I will be offering a 2-hour Introduction to Meditation class. In this class I will teach you a simple but effective meditation practice that will help you to find a place of stillness and peace inside you. You will be guided how to manage thoughts, feelings and sensations while you meditate, and although the practice is effortless, the results are profound. I will also show you how you can begin to look inside your own mind and have some choices about how you think and feel; this is the beginning of finding freedom in the midst of pain and uncertainty.
