Nourish and Flow: Yoga and Nutrition for Menopause Support with Daniela Tramonti and Milena Mastroianni

Join us for a transformative workshop dedicated to supporting women in their late perimenopause and menopause. This unique session blends yoga and nutrition to help you embrace this life stage with confidence, vitality, and balance.

Yoga for the perimenopausal body:

Begin your journey with a gentle yoga session tailored to the unique needs of women in menopause. We will practice yoga poses that can help with:

  • Reducing stress symptoms, sleep disturbance,  fatigue, low mood and anxiety

  • Increasing flexibility, muscle tone and managing weight gain

  • Strengthening bones and support joint health.

  • Reducing aches, pains and hot flushes

  • Increasing mind clarity and flexibility to adapt to change

Whether you’re new to yoga or have practiced before, this session will leave you feeling relaxed, empowered, and connected to your body.

Why Nutrition Matters in Menopause:

As you transition through menopause, your body undergoes significant changes due to declining levels of hormones like oestrogen and progesterone. These hormonal shifts influence many parts of the body, including metabolism, weight, cardiovascular health, bone density, and mood. But menopause can also be a time of renewal—a "rebirth" or "second spring." With the right nutritional strategies, you can embrace these changes with grace, vitality, and long-term health.

In this workshop, you’ll discover:

  • Key nutrients for optimal health during menopause, including their food sources and benefits.

  • How nutrient-rich foods can support hormonal shifts, boost energy, and reduce symptoms like hot flushes and brain fog.

  • How nourishing your body and looking after your gut microbiome can help balance hormones while supporting heart health, metabolism, and brain function.

  • Practical ways to manage changes in weight and fat distribution while building strong bones and muscles.

  • Tips for creating balanced meals that stabilise blood sugar and provide sustained energy.

Who Is This Workshop For? This workshop is perfect for women navigating the challenges of perimenopause who want practical, actionable advice to feel their best. Whether you’re looking to manage symptoms or simply learn how to support your body through this natural transition, this session will empower you with tools to thrive.

Take time to care for yourself, connect with others, and learn how movement and nutrition can help you feel stronger, healthier, and more balanced before and during menopause—and beyond.
