Ashtanga Yoga Workshop: Unlocking Primary Series with Manu Rossi

This workshop is intended for any practitioner, from beginner to improver, wanting to refine and deepen their understanding of the Ashtanga Yoga Primary Series.

In this workshop we will look at the correct application of Vinyasa (breath-linked movement), Bandhas (internal energy locks) and mechanics of key asanas of the Primary Series, essential for being able later on to learn more advanced postures. We will look at the benefits of the asanas, why the sequence is structured in such a precise way and how the practice of asanas is the entry point for other more subtle aspects of yoga.

The workshop will be accessible, informative and fun; working in pairs, putting into practice the new skills acquired and having a broader perspective of this transformative yoga practice

It is simply put together for you to get the most out of Manu’s 30 years of experience. Manu is an authorised Level 2 Ashtanga teacher.
