The Vagus Nerve is the main parasympathetic pathway and it innervates most of our body's organs. This workshop will be an experiential discovery that will help you understand your nervous system and how to balance stress by accessing the vagus nerve. The Vagus is sending us lots of information about our internal state all the time.
This session is suitable for everyone. We will practice some techniques that will help you connect with your vagus nerve. The session will be based on traditional Yogic practices with a slow and meditative start, self-awareness of your nervous system, working intimately with the breath, full body limber, deep savasana, meditation, chanting, and self-observation.
There will be time to catch up after the session with delicious nourishing plant-based food if you attend in person. Let me know, if you have any food intolerances.
